2. IDENTIFY

3. DESIGN
We design the best mediation process for you. In-person mediation or online mediation; shuttle (caucus) mediation vs. roundtable mediation. We create a process that works for you.
4. PROBLEM SOLVE
We facilitate an insightful and transformative conversation between you and your partner to help you reach the best possible solution for your unique situation.
5. SETTLE
We prepare a summary of your settlement terms or we can draft a separation agreement for you to review and approve with your respective counsel.
Getting Started with Mediation
The very first step in getting started is to determine if mediation is the right process for you. Let’s face it – it takes two to reach a deal. If either you or your partner are not willing to or are simply not suitable candidates for mediation, then there is no point engaging in the process.
This is why our first step is always to help you come to an informed decision. Our initial meeting is at no charge to you and is simply to help us screen to ensure that mediation is an effective option for you. We look forward to getting you started on your path to peace.
